Individual Program

Price depending on the tailored program

In today's world, children face multifaceted challenges - physical, emotional and mental. Our Individual Program provides a distinctive approach to help children understand their true selves and learn how to manage their energy. It equips them with coping strategies for life's complexities and empowers them to engage in self-healing. Our practitioners work with all age groups (children and teenagers), tailoring bespoke programs to meet individual needs across multiple sessions.

In our program, we put a big emphasis in offering specialized support for visually impaired children - both seeing people who have lost their vision as a result of an illness or an accident, and people who are blind from birth. Our practitioners work individually with these children, tailoring sessions to their unique needs. Through a combination of techniques, exercises, and mindfulness practices, we empower visually impaired children to explore their inner world, enhance their other senses, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. The goal is not only to improve their physical abilities but also to foster resilience, self-awareness, and a positive outlook on life.

Our innovative course is specifically designed for children and teenagers facing learning and mental difficulties, anxiety, bullying, and other life-changing situations. This pioneering program provides energetic and creative guidelines, along with targeted exercises, to support young individuals in overcoming emotional challenges that might otherwise hinder their ability to lead a natural and fulfilled life.

Life is filled with complexities, especially for children and teenagers who lack the benefit of life experiences. Through practical and dynamic exercises, we can empower young individuals to understand their energy, align with it, and enhance their emotional well-being. Our guidance enables them to regain a sense of control. Additionally, we offer support in identifying and comprehending their unique challenges. By teaching self-empowerment and self-healing techniques, we guide them on a transformative journey toward wholeness and well-being:

      Techniques:

  • how to manage and withstand bullying;

  • how to work with feelings and negative emotions;

  • how to work with anxiety and to transform the anxiety into power;

  • how to build confidence and deal with self-esteem problems;

  • how to self-heal;

  • how to handle nerves,

  • how to deal with depression and phobias;

  • how to deal with changes in life;

  • how to deal with problems at school

  • pain management

  • anger management

  • Attention Deficit Disorder

Some children lose their sense of identity due to lack of attention and nurturing. As caregivers, it's essential to respect a child's space and provide genuine love. Peer pressure often leads children to compare themselves to others, even when they cannot truly be like them. However, we can shift our perspective and see children through different eyes—recognizing their equal importance while also perceiving their soul's essence. Beyond physical appearances, we can energetically sense their lights, acknowledging their unique qualities. By doing so, we look beyond the challenges they face in social situations and family dynamics, helping them regain a sense of control over their lives. Moreover, understanding the power within each child is crucial. Scientifically, we recognize an energy field—such as the toroidal field emanating from the heart—that influences their well-being. By exploring their qualities, they may discover hidden strengths they never knew they possessed.

The practices can be spread across multiple sessions, adapting to the pace and progress of each child or teenager. Depending on their needs and situation, we can combine various sessions. Our program caters to a wide age range—from 7 years old (or younger) up to 20 years and beyond. This exciting and potentially life-changing work allows us to see beyond the immediate challenges faced by each child. By doing so, we contribute to preventing future mental health issues.

Remember, we all possess the potential to become whoever we aspire to be; ultimately, it's the choices we make that shape our journey.
